As the Practice Manager at Cornerstone Counseling Group, Tracy directs the daily operations of the practice.  She brings over 30 years of management experience gained from working in the airline, administrative and customer service industries.  Tracy takes pride in leading her team to excellence, and her professionalism, work ethic, loyalty, and commitment to quality service are recognized daily in interactions with clients.

Originally from Trinidad and Tobago West Indies, Tracy moved to the United States in 1987, where she met and married her husband, Paul of 35 years.  They are a retired Air Force family.  Tracy accredits her mother and father for instilling values connected to hard work, leadership, sound work ethic, and her trust and faith in God.  Her faith is at the center of her heart, as she strives to serve others with kindness, honesty, love, and fairness at all times.
