As the Billing Specialist at Cornerstone Counseling Group, Tracy maintains the billing operations and resolutions for the practice.  She brings over 30 years of management experience gained from working in the airline, administrative and customer service industries.  Tracy takes pride in her work, as seen in her professionalism, work ethic, loyalty, and commitment to quality services provided within her daily interactions with clients.

Originally from Trinidad and Tobago West Indies, Tracy moved to the United States in 1987, where she met and married her husband, Paul of 35 years.  They are a retired Air Force family.  Tracy accredits her mother and father for instilling values connected to hard work, leadership, sound work ethic, and her trust and faith in God.  Her faith is at the center of her heart, as she strives to serve others with kindness, honesty, love, and fairness at all times.
