Hello! I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor and Master Certified Addictions Professional. I believe that everyone has the ability for positive change in their life at their own pace. Emotional pain is a strong motivator for change, and I often say, "Life is change. Growth is optional. Choose wisely".

 

I have worked as a professional counselor for 28 years, and my experience has included working with all age groups, and with a variety of individual struggles. I have experience working in community mental health performing treatment for individuals struggling with depression, anxiety, addiction, spiritual, dual-diagnosis, relationship/marital problems, chronic pain, codependency, women's issues, and relapse prevention issues. I have also worked in inpatient, outpatient, and correctional treatment settings.
