Hello! My name is Mary DeLorenzo, and I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with extensive experience working with Individuals, young mothers, couples and elderly. I have a solution focused approach that utilizes cognitive behavior techniques and mindfulness practice. 

 

In addition to my professional experience, I have experienced many different seasons of life, which helps me to understand that we all are on different routes and need to make stops along the journey. I try to embrace each new path, remembering that life is full of joy and trials. I truly believe that any crisis can be an opportunity, and most challenges have value.  Individual growth through challenges is most often when we find our strengths and move forward toward finding inner peace. I believe we are all here for a plan and a purpose.  I enjoy creating a relaxing therapy environment, pointing clients towards their own journey of self reflection and hope.
